Congressional Review Act

The Congressional Review Act (CRA) allows Congress to pass one piece of legislation disapproving multiple regulations issued by a president in their final year of office.

• The National Wild Refuge Hunting and Fishing Rule
• The Title X Abortion Funding Rule
• The OSHA “Volks” Rule
