Rep. Loudermilk on Bipartisan Member Screening of the Sound of Freedom

Rep. Barry Loudermilk (R-GA) made the following statement after Speaker Kevin McCarthy announced a bipartisan screening of the movie Sound of Freedom for members of Congress

“The importance of this movie, Sound of Freedom, cannot be overstated because it shines a light on the horrors of child sex trafficking in and out of the United States, by telling the true story of former DHS Special Agent Tim Ballard’s mission to rescue children from this underground industry. This movie continues to blow away box office expectations, and may prove to be a watershed moment in American culture. I’ve had the honor of working with Tim Ballard, actor Jim Caviezel, and producer Eduardo Verástegui, to facilitate this screening for Congressional members, and I greatly appreciate Speaker McCarthy for his leadership to show this movie and work to end child trafficking.”
