REGISTRATION is NOW OPEN for the 3rd Annual Skilled Trades Fair | U.S. Representative Barry Loudermilk

WHY SKILLED TRADES?

Saves you money. Why go in debt when you can get PAID to learn? According to a recent Forbes article (https://www.forbes.com/advisor/student-loans/average-student-loan-debt-statistics/), Georgia ranks #3 in the top five states in the Nation with the highest student loan balance currently at an average of $40,268.87.

Job security. Across the nation there are thousands of industries with a growing labor crisis. Workers are retiring and for every four workers who retire, only one is taking their place leaving. There is said to be almost 3 million trade jobs available in the US.

Great salary. According to ZipRecruiter (https://www.ziprecruiter.com/Salaries/Skilled-Trade-Salary–in-Georgia), the average skilled trade salary in Georgia is $25.85/hr. or approximately $51,000/year. However, that amount can increase dramatically as you gain experience.

It is FREE to participate but space is limited so you are encouraged to register early.
