Appropriations requests for FY 2026
October 1, 2025 – September 30, 2026
Thank you for your interest in the fiscal year 2026 appropriations process. If you are interested in submitting information pertaining to programmatic, report language, or community project funding requests, please fill out this form as completely as possible for each request that you want considered. There is no guarantee that the request will be supported. Early submissions are welcome and appreciated.
IMPORTANT NOTE FOR COMMUNITY PROJECT FUNDING: Congressman Loudermilk’s office will consider requests for community project funding on a case-by-case basis. Currently, the House Appropriations Committee has not provided guidance on Community Project Funding submissions. This form will be updated once that information becomes available. If you submit your form prior to the release of the guidance, you will be asked to provide any required additional information not provided in the original request. You can find last fiscal year’s Community Project Funding Guidance HERE to use as a framework. Requests should include specific information on the project’s benefits to people throughout Georgia’s 11th Congressional District in Bartow, Cherokee, Cobb, Gordon, and Pickens Counties. Any questions on Community Project Funding should be directed to Ashleigh Padgett at Ashleigh.Padgett@mail.house.gov.
The Deadline for requests to be submitted to our office for consideration is April 4th at 5PM. Staff contact for questions regarding each Appropriations Subcommittee can be found below.
