Appropriations requests for FY 2026
October 1, 2025 – September 30, 2026
Thank you for your interest in the fiscal year 2026 appropriations process. If you are interested in submitting information pertaining to programmatic, report language, or community project funding requests, please fill out this form as completely as possible for each request that you want considered. There is no guarantee that the request will be supported. To adhere to Appropriations Committee deadlines, electronic copies of this form, in Word format, should be sent to Congressman Loudermilk’s office no later than two weeks before the House Appropriations Committee deadline for each subcommittee. For example, if the Defense Subcommittee deadline is April 29, this form will be due to Congressman Loudermilk’s office by April 15 for Defense requests. Early submissions are welcome and appreciated. Completed forms should be sent to the following points of contact, and please copy Ashleigh.Padgett@mail.house.gov on every request submission:

- If there is specific language you would like included in the underlying bill or the committee report, please include the exact language you wish to be included.
- Congressman Loudermilk’s office will consider requests for community project funding on a case-by-case basis. Please refer to the instructions for these requests in the link above.
