Appropriations requests for FY 2026

October 1, 2025 – September 30, 2026

Thank you for your interest in the fiscal year 2026 appropriations process. If you are interested in submitting information pertaining to programmatic, report language, or community project funding requests, please fill out this form as completely as possible for each request that you want considered. There is no guarantee that the request will be supported. Early submissions are welcome and appreciated. General guidance for programmatic and language requests can be found HERE.

IMPORTANT NOTE FOR COMMUNITY PROJECT FUNDING: Congressman Loudermilk’s office will consider requests for community project funding on a case-by-case basis. The Appropriations Committee has released its Fiscal Year 2026 appropriations guidance and deadlines for Community Project Funding. General guidance for Community Project Funding can be found HERE. Requests should include specific information on the project’s benefits to people throughout Georgia’s 11th Congressional District in Bartow, Cherokee, Cobb, Gordon, and Pickens Counties. Any questions on Community Project Funding should be directed to Ashleigh Padgett at Ashleigh.Padgett@mail.house.gov

The Deadline for requests to be submitted to our office for consideration is April 18th at 5PM. Staff contact for questions regarding each Appropriations Subcommittee can be found below.
