Rep. Loudermilk: We Must Safeguard the Integrity of our Election System

This morning, Rep. Barry Loudermilk (R-GA) appeared on Varney & Co. on the Fox Business Network to discuss the issues with large scale mail-in ballots.
Do you think chaos is guaranteed if mail-in ballots are used wide-spread in the upcoming election?
“I agree [yes]. And more importantly, as you’ve mentioned, this undermines the integrity of our entire election system… Make no mistake, this is calculated... This has been the number one legislative priority of Democrats [since] January of last year when they took control of the House of Representatives. Their very first bill, was House Resolution 1, which was a federal takeover of our entire election system, which included mass-mailing of ballots and ballot harvesting, because it has been… successful for them in California… Three days ago, four people in Los Angeles admitted to buying ballots…giving cigarettes and cash to get people to sign fraudulent ballots… This is going to [be] nationwide."

"On July 8, 2020, the House Financial Services Committee’s Taskforce on Artificial Intelligence held a hearing entitled 'Exposure Notification and Contact Tracing: How AI Helps Localities Reopen Safely and Researchers Find a Cure.'
"Congressman Barry Loudermilk (R-GA) discussed how digital contact tracing could be more effective than manual contact tracing, but noted that it must have strong participation ̶̶̶̶from people – 40-60 percent adoption rate overall – to be effective. He said that citizens would need to trust that their privacy would not be violated. To help establish this trust, he suggested, people would need to be able to easily determine what data would be collected, who would have access to the data and how the data would be used."

"The U.S. economy added 1.8 million jobs in July. The unemployment rate fell to 10.2%, down from 11.1% in June.
Last week, the number of Americans applying for unemployment benefits fell to 1.18 million, the lowest level since the pandemic started in mid-March. The figure indicates there's still some driving power behind the job market's turnaround."
