	The Lower Costs, More Cures Act sponsored by Rep. Cathy McMorris Rodgers (R-WA) -Requires transparency from insurance companies about drug costs, increases the availability of genetics and biosimilars, streamlines regulation of over-the-counter products, establishes a new negotiator at USTR to focus on international trade agreements with respect to drug prices, caps certain drug costs for seniors in Medicare Part D Chinese Military and Surveillance Company Sanctions Act of 2021 by Rep. Barr (R-KY) -Leverages the Office of Foreign Asset Control (OFAC) within the Department of Treasury and the U.S. sanctions regime to target malign Chinese actors and limit their access to capital.
