Rep. Loudermilk had the honor of presenting Rebekah Seng of Cherokee the Congressional Bronze Medal for her participation in a variety of Voluntary Public Service activities. Her service included volunteering at her local senior center, caring for animals at the animal shelter, and engaging the community through her JROTC unit. For personal Development, Rebekah improved her coding skills and participated in a java-script introductory course. For Physical Fitness, she improved her scores in three of the six areas for the Candidate Fitness Assessment (CFA), including the crunch, push-up, and distance throw requirements. Finally, for her Expedition, she sought to grow a greater appreciation for American history by traveling to the Historical Triangle and Washington, D.C.

Rep. Loudermilk issued the following statement on the Government Customer Service Accountability and Improvement Act (H.R. 5402), a bill he and Rep. Gerald Connolly (D-VA) introduced:
“Whether at a restaurant, a grocery store, or a bank, Americans expect courtesy and prompt service when engaging in commerce. When businesses do not provide these basic courtesies, they don’t last long. Unfortunately, Americans rarely experience great customer service when dealing with federal government agencies. In fact, the federal government ranks among the bottom of all industries in the United States in this category.
