In the News: Biden Supreme Court commission opposes adding justices

  Fox News:

The Presidential Commission on the Supreme Court released its first report Thursday, suggesting that an expansion of the court would be unlikely to achieve balance and instead recommending the rotation of justices.

"There are also reasons to doubt that Court expansion necessarily would produce benefits in terms of diversity of efficiency," the Commission said in the report.   In the News: The Inflation Tax Rises
  Wall Street Journal:

Is inflation still “transitory,” as the Federal Reserve and White House like to say? This is the largest year-over-year increase since 2008, and the details in the report add to the evidence that inflation is likely to be persistent.

“They are just booming,” said Mark Booth, a former top revenue forecaster at the agency. “It is very unusual.”
