Rep. “It was great to learn that Phoenix Air was chosen for such an important mission. Phoenix Air is the gold standard when it comes to providing specialized aviation services, and has been a reliable source in responding to global events like the 2014 Ebola virus outbreak in West Africa, and successfully operated under U.S. government and NATO contracts since the late 1980s. I am thankful to know our men and women operating abroad are in good hands.” Senator’s Johnny Isakson and David Perdue of Georgia had this to say about Phoenix Air’s newly awarded contract: “Phoenix Air has been a strong partner for the U.S. government and has proven its reliability time and again,” said Sen. Isakson. “Ensuring the safety and security of Americans abroad is a top priority, and I am pleased and proud that Phoenix Air in Cartersville, Georgia, has earned a 10-year contract with the State Department to continue serving our officials abroad.” “Phoenix Air has proven to be a reliable partner for the Department of Defense, NATO, and other government organizations,” said Senator Perdue. “I am delighted that this Georgia-based company has now been chosen to provide air services for U.S. diplomatic missions. Phoenix Air is an important part of the Cartersville community, and I’m confident they will keep up the good work in this new role.” Background: For more on Phoenix Air Group Inc., CLICK HERE. |
